Please choose your product carefully. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and we do not refund orders that have been delivered as ordered.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or does not work, please email us at info@shakeuply.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send you a replacement free of charge or, if that is not possible, refund the purchase price.
Wrong item received
If you received the wrong item, contact us and we will send you the correct one at no cost.

Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country grants a statutory right of withdrawal, that right remains unaffected.
