Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed in the ShakeUp online store, owned by Laurin Sulejmani, Kesslerstrasse 9, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland ("we", "us").
2. Contract
The products shown in our store are not a binding offer. By placing an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF). Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Customers outside Switzerland may have to pay import duties or taxes charged by their country.
4. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been received.
5. Delivery
We ship to the countries available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping page for details.
6. No returns
All sales are final. Returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted. Damaged, defective or wrong items are replaced as described in our Returns Policy. Mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal (e.g. for consumers in the EU) remain unaffected.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, please contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
8. Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law. Please use products according to their instructions.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Schlieren, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
