1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the ShakeUp online shop.
By submitting an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop constitutes an offer to purchase.
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the order has been confirmed electronically.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
The available payment methods and any applicable shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is stated in the online shop. In the event of delays, we will inform the customer where possible.
5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
ShakeUp does not offer a voluntary right of return or withdrawal.
As a general rule, orders cannot be withdrawn or returned after the contract has been concluded.
Statutory rights regarding defective products remain unaffected.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is delivered damaged or has a defect, ShakeUp must be contacted as soon as possible.
Please describe the defect and, where possible, send photos of the product and its packaging.
We will review the case and inform you of the next steps.
7. Liability
ShakeUp is liable within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions.
We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Ownership
The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions may be amended. In principle, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract was concluded apply to each order.
11. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
